Brief Description:
Ponte Mellor Architects and Estoril Construction, Inc. delivered a design/build upgrade project for community and public spaces at the non-profit Minority Access, Inc. facility in Hyattsville, MD. Both the “Community” room and the “Children’s Museum” were aesthetically reconditioned to conceal sprinkler lines and provide new finishes. Work was executed within a tight budget for maximum aesthetic affect. These projects represent the first phase of improvements at the Minority Access facilities.
