Ponte Mellor provided complete design and construction administration services and support services for the buildout of a 255 unit apartment building. Responsibilities included complete site, MEP, building unit type design, and interior finishes through construction drawings. Construction administration services have included extensive value engineering evaluation studies, project bidding, performance analysis, life-cycle costing studies and on-going support services for construction management.
